Cooperative Parenting and Divorce is $300 for the 8-week course plus $20 to purchase the Parent Guide.  Those who register and pay in full at least 2 weeks prior to the first class qualify for an early bird rate of $275.

What are your qualifications?

I am a certified Family & Divorce Mediator, certified Parenting Coordinator, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience counseling children, adults, and families. (see About BCR)

What are your hours?

Flexible appointment times are available Monday-Friday, including some evening availability upon request.

What are your terms and conditions?

I require an initial phone consultation in order to collect basic information about the parties and their attorneys, if applicable. I will then supply both parties with a mediation contract to sign and return along with a deposit prior to the date of mediation.

Should my attorney be involved in the mediation?

Any attorneys involved in your case should be notified of a scheduled mediation.  I also encourage attorneys to attend mediation with their clients. This generally results in more expeditious and optimal outcomes for both parties.

Are mediation agreements legally binding?

They certainly can be. If a mediation agreement is signed by both parties and entered by the court it is considered a court order. Individuals may file the agreement with the court themselves, or if attorneys are involved they may do it for them.
